Hi there guys..

I hope your all fit, well and keeping safe.
I've not been intouch for a while as I've had a lot go on.

I have moved up to wick in caithness a few months ago.
I hope to start up fitness warriors up here! I know it's to far for any of you to follow. I would love to take this opportunity to thank you all for your loyalty, support and fun we have had over the years!! 😊 You were all amazing and I miss a lot of you!

I may be starting zoom classes at some point in the future if the interest is there.

I'm always here if you need some advice. Or want a groop PT as I do come down to dingwall frequently it may be possible.

Hi guys, not been intouch for a while. Hope your all keeping well and safe 😁

I have Been thinking about starting up a class at the showground..

All covid rules with health and safety/ infection prevention would be applied for this class to go ahead.

I'm just looking for feedback at the moment to see who would be interested in attending in order to see if it will go ahead.

The class info at the moment
*1hr long
*mixed class
*£6 a class
*circuits class
*only 10 people at each class to follow the 2metre distance rule
*at the Black Isle showground

Kelly, our fully qualified fitness instructor and PT holds fitness classes to encourage a healthy lifestyle. Our classes are fun and friendly and suitable for all levels of fitness.

💥Nanny Wanted 30hrs💥

Area = Wick Highland

I have a unique position available as a
Nanny / mother's help in our home.
MUST BE FLEXIBLE!!!
And able to accomadate shift work when needed.

I have 3 children needing looking after 13, 7 and 3yrs old.
30hrs per week.
You must like dogs and cats.
It's a non smoking house.

Duties include
*school runs, nursery runs morning/afternoon
*looking after 3year old at home some days.

*some light housework needed to clear up your own mess etc.
*messy play
*organised activities with kids/walks etc

Benifits are -
*good wage / depending on experience and qualifications.
