Olivia is a Chartered Physiotherapist who has previous experience working with groups of individuals of all ages. Dancercise with Olivia is a fun-filled dance cardio style class for ADULTS OF ALL AGES AND FITNESS LEVELS. Fun and easy to follow. The class consists of high and low intensity exercise to music. Olivia will guide you through the workout and keep you moving to the beat. It focuses on da
