Award ceremony this evening, some fun and games, picnic on the grass, and finally the giving of awards.

Jenson - Best team player award

Cain - Parents most improved player

Emmet - Coaches most improved player

James - Player of the year

This team has been solid during the 25/26 season not by wins but by sticking as a team and all improving together. A massive thank you to the parents for bringing them to matches and training, thank you to Shaun Townsend for coming on as an assistant coach and helping teach this team, they wouldn't be where they are now without you I really appreciate your help and support. League season has finally come to an end, and after a very rough start for the boys, this team has come together through those tough times and are stronger than ever.

Winning their season final 6-2, No. 9 with 5 goals and No. 6 with 1, incredible game, full of action, all the parents and coaches are so proud of this team

WHAT A GAME!!

To start the game all players, Coaches and supporters held a one minute silence to pay their respects to Amelia Alpin. It was a touching moment and a great show of respect from everyone involved.

The greens put on a performance today with a goal disallowed and so many shots being saved! We ended the first half 1-1 and after a team talk at half time reminding them all of how good they are and keeping there spirits up! They went back out and really applied the pressure, talking, moving and working as a team, which resulted in the ball possession being spent mostly in the oppositions half!

Some really good corners taken, also counter attack runs and shots on target we was just unfortunate and denied by some good saves from the opposition keeper.

Our defence was strong and worked well together lots of talking and moving also passing the ball around, our keeper was again amazing, he played brilliantly talking to his defence, with a total of 16 saves and some one vs one with oncoming strikers!!

Overall everyone of players played so well and should all be proud of themselves!!

Tonight at our training session the business owner Ollie and his lovely family arrived to watch the boys in action!!

After a great training session we managed to surprise the boys & Ollie with there new away tops also getting a photo with our sponsor wearing his new shirt with the boys!!

Tough game for the boys today they went out and gave it there all!

We hit the cross bar and had some great counter attacks which lead to getting some shots on target, also from corners the boys put there all in winning the ball in the box and just slightly putting it wide! Unfortunately we was denied so many chances from there keeper making saves also there defence breaking plays down!

The boys kept pushing and finally getting one goal coming from one of our defenders!

So proud of all the players keep pushing and the results will come! WELL DONE GREENS!!
