🥗 Foods that that are healthy, we tend to assume we can eat unlimited amounts because we’re on a diet and they’re healthy right? So foods like avocados, nuts, and whole grains are packed with nutrients but can still be high in calories if you eat too much of them. So, even if it’s good for you, always count your calories when you’re looking to lose weight!
🍔 We normally avoid unhealthy foods altogether when on a diet, but even unhealthy foods can be lower in calories if eaten in small amounts.
❓Am I telling you to eat a greasy cheeseburger over an avacdo? No but calorie awareness is key to reaching your weight loss goals! It’s not just eating the healthy foods, but also how much you eat that counts!
