I am currently at Southport Summer School. Usually I would be posting photos of our glorious day on the tatami.

However I have been deeply shocked and saddened by the heart breaking events that took place today.

My thoughts, love and strength go out to everyone involved.

Congratulations to Little George today at the BJC National Open Championships.

Some cracking Judo on display, George fought really well but just missed out on a medal.
