British championship culham.

Practice/Quali P24

Pushing to much in practice left no energy for quali but got a time in but when trying to improve getting caught by faster teams meant having to abandon our laps but thats how it goes.
Bike felt great round the track except for 1 section where it felt like something was broken or loose bit nothing was.

Going into race 1 the boys felt confident and happy to get out.

Race 1 P24

Sighting lap done lined up in a good spot behind the faster crews. Got out the gate pretty wrll in mid pack got to first corner but front brake got grabbed to stop from running into a passenger and the bike tipped got going again quickly started to catch up but at the point on the track where bike felt odd off the boys go and into hospital they go.
Were sorry to those that it ruined there race but we didnt do anything diffrent that lap to any other so were still unsure how it caused the back of the bike to come over if it was a hole in the track or a soft spot or even if it was just body position

With this happening 2026 for Team Sadler is over for financial reasonings as new helmets are required and new parts and welding to the bike it just isnt possible to gather these sort of funds this late in the season with race entries aswell.

We like to say thank you to all those involved in the medical teams at the tracks working in the heat and getting best care for people when needed.

Day 2 of monster mountain for the nora championship

Practice:

All went okay

Race 1 P16

Pretty good start see us within the top 10. Soon dropping back to p15 then putting g the power down going across the bumps into the off camber gaining a postion on the inside. With 2 laps to go then dropping 2 more positions to finish p16

Race 2 P13

Another good start but having to slam brakes on as a crew were lucky to save a tip infront of us seeing us into turn 2 around p14 to soon drop to the back and then whilst pushing the crew infront having to slow right down as 3 spokes on rear wheel snapped.

Race 3 DNS

Due to wheel issue in race 2.

Next race is unconfirmed at the moment but Connor and Jade will be at culham so if anyone wants to see jade at Motion Forge can always send her a message or come find her in the pits there.

Day 1 British championship

Not a great start to the day with the camper being towed up with the engine seeming like its gave way.

Practice/Quali
P21 I believe

Able to do 1 lap within quali as snapped the hand rail.

Race 1
DNS

With all the rushing around to try sort the hand rail in time Connor didnt have time to go over the rest of the bike which meant forgetting 1 vital part. Petrol as kieran started the bike to go on the sighting lap realised there was no fuel by time got back to base and filled up they were lining up on gate so no time to get to the start line.

Race 2
P20

Had a great start from second row narrowly missing teams as they stopped but got out the gate and round in about 15 soon realised the faster guys were coming through and we dropped back to 21st then gaining 1 postion as a crew was going slow so the team have there first British championship point of 2026.

Onto day 2 for the nora championship tomorow.

Nora round 2-3 upavon

Practice we felt good on the bike with only doing whay we have to just to see the track and with only doing 2 laps plus the 1 under waved flags so no pace and no jumps

Race 1

Got a decent start with a few teams behind and have a few battles but ultimately dropping back with a few mistakes from Connor not getting out enough and side coming up putting us in the soft stuff and with shutting off early and some uncommon lines. Plus hitting the double table tops abit quick and landing funny but staying on the bike. Got to the finish in p21

Race 2

Starting on the back row we made the best of it and got up to where we could have a few battles. Feeling like we could gain pace on the jumps tried hitting the step up to then be hitting the deck. Kieran being taken into the medic car with suspicions on something broken in his knee and being knocked out for a minute.
Connor after going over the hand rail and the handlebars all in one landed hard on his elbow resulting in a bad shoulder elbow and arm.
DNF in this meant that race 3 wasnt going to happen for the team.

Nothing being linked with going into the sunday the team wasnt there due to a birthday and spending time with family.

Injury updates.

Connor is okay still with left arm pain.
Kieran feeling abit battered and bruised

Overall all okay and will be back at monster mountain.

Quali: p26

Had a problem with the elctrics on the bike keep cutting it out.
So meaning no quick lap for us.
Got them changed and went for race 1.

Race 1: p22

Starting on the second row we got off well and had a few teams behind us got to the bottom of the hill and a crew was tipping over as we got there so went around that and gained a postion to soon drop backwards due to arm pump with kieran. Little battle with Alex luckes before they pulled off and we then kept steady and got a finish.

Going around Connor kept looking at a kick start on the track thinking oh no what if its ours so as we were going steady noticed it was ours so pulled up quick to gather that and went 4 laps with it down Connor trousers.

Race 2: p21

Stalled at the start pushed like hell to catch back up to then arm pump struck again dropping us back.

Letting ant milliar and jake brown go through as they were having a great battle we were in the soft stuff twisted the throttle and the bike went sideways and we were in the bank. Kieran going over the handle bars and over the bank. Connor hitting into handrail then going over the front snapping the handrail in mean time.

Again kick start on the track and was ours again.
Last 3 laps and the rear mud guard falls off so we stopped and waited for the checker flag to come out as we wernt going to run with that off.
Again we got the finish.

We dont mind these saturday races as give a day to strip and clean the bike ready for next outing at upavon.
