Kicking off the season in style with a very good package in a super competitive line up at the PCA WELSH.

The goal for today was the secure an invite the the finals later in the season.

First show of the season and the target was to earn qualification to the finals. so when your the only one in the class it's tough, yet job done.

If you knew what this lady has been dealing with this year you would be blown away with how she has managed to be here and looking so bloody good.

Im amazed everyday with how strong she has been and it shows how having a focus can keep you grounded.
There is still work to do and we are in full swing.

So we kick off Dan's season with a very good win in an incredibly high-quality lineup.
(The whole show was stacked.)

This look was very nice, and yet we know that it was very much just the starting point along a timeline set to bring a peak to the shows to come.
Happy, not content. There is more to come, but we saw enough to know that progress has been made and this is another level.

Straight back to work. 🙌🏼

Show season is here.

And the mine feild, which is the gap between shows, will make or break your season.

It's so tempting to eat off-plan treats after a show. And for some, it can be okay. They may be able to have a small treat, then switch straight back to prep mode. But for most, that small harmless treat is about to undo all the hard work and discipline they have had in the previous 20+ weeks.

It's not about how it affects the way you look.
It's about how it affects the way you think.

Treats often make you want more treats.

My advice:

Keep it clean. Enjoy your meal and remind yourself that the job's not done.

And just like that, the season hits 3 shows.

I really wanted to push more fullness today to see how Liv would respond.
I really liked this level of fullness, and it really brought another level of shape to her physique.
With a nice gap until her next show, it's time to bring a British finals level of condition, and this physique will be hard to beat.

More work to do and a mindset to do it. Champion mentally always.

OCB England Natural Bodybuilding
Ladies Physique champion in 3 classes 🏆🏆
And awarded OCB PRO status and an invite to this year's OCB NATURAL BODYBUILDING YORTON CUP ™.

This is just the first show of the season for Ali and we are very aware that today was a good look with room to improve as the season progresses.

Happy but not satisfied 🙂.
