There’s something special about starting the day by putting the work in. Everyone has busy lives, jobs, family commitments and plenty of reasons not to train but you still showed up.

Remember, progress doesn’t come from one big session. It comes from consistently turning up, putting in the effort and trusting the process. Every round, every drill and every tough session adds up.

Keep showing up. Keep learning. Keep pushing each other.

On the 27th March long term friends and supporters of the Cornermen Rebecca & Nick Form, sadly lost their beautiful son Ollie to su***de.
Instead of flowers they requested donations to the Cornermen. Thanks to the efforts of their family, friends and Ollie’s class mates they raised over 11k.

We used the money to purchase a new Cornermen vehicle. A massive part of how we reach people is by offering them transport to sessions and a car is also a great space for talking. It’s an essential part of what we do.

With the families blessing we have named the car “Ollie” and his name will be on the side of the car. This is so that his friends and family can know that Ollie’s memory will live on by helping us collect men who are wrestling with suicidal thoughts and feelings.

Today we were humbled to be able to welcome to the club his parents, family and friends and to show them what their efforts achieved in Ollie’s memory, and explain how it really could help to stop others having to lose someone they love, as they have.

So if you see Steve and Ollie driving around town give them a wave and say hello.

Just a reminder that next Monday is a Bank Holiday, so there will be no classes running.

The gym will still be open from 9:00am – 4:00pm for anyone who wants to come in and get some training done. 💪🥋

Very pleased to make this donation today to Mukuru Fight 4 Life Boxing Club in Nairobi, Kenya, who use Boxing as an initiative to fight poverty.
We have been supporting the club for a number of years and they are doing amazing work! 🥊 ❤️
