Our junior boxing sessions are designed for children aged 5+ to build confidence, fitness, discipline and learn new skills in a fun and supportive environment 💪

Amazing turnout today for our Women’s Open Day at BoxKing working with TransformHer Ladies Fitness Gym 💪✨

We had 50+ incredible ladies join us for a fun-filled morning of Bollywood aerobics, leg strength, and Boxfit. The energy in the room was unreal! 🔥

We’re excited to announce that our women’s-only classes will officially start next Monday 27th at 9:30am and run every Monday and Wednesday (excluding bank holidays).

This programme is designed for men aged 18+ who want to improve their physical health and overall wellbeing. It combines weekly classroom sessions with practical exercise, taking a holistic approach to health.
