It’s interesting when you start a journey. I’m reflecting on five months of mitochondrial rehabilitation, and regeneration.
I won’t say it’s been easy. There was fatigue at the start. But after three weeks, my mitochondria were “on fire“.
Mots c is arguably a peptide that should stay with you for life. I started my rodent on 1 mg per day. The reason my rat got tired was because the mitochondria were broken. A good reason to start with this peptide is to finish the job of breaking the rubbish ones, and starting new ones by Up regulating PGC1 alpha.
I literally waited until the fatigue started to leave. Once that happened, and my rat was running on his wheel happily for 20 minutes, I introduced him to SS 31. The effects of this peptide are not really felt, just nuanced. I gave him a low dosage he has been on this for three months. This peptide replaces and repairs the inner membrane of the mitochondria, Called cardiolipin. Contrary to many thought processes on this, I don’t feel it is necessary to start with this peptide. There is no point in repairing damaged mitochondria. This has given me a clean start.
5 amino ONE MQ also helped by keeping nad + level levels high in my rat 😉
Finally, and most importantly “Ratatrutide”😅👌 has been in the background for five months. I started him on 1 mg per week , and reduced it after three months to 0.5 mg. The effects have been so profound, that my rat has reversed its age by at least 20 years in my opinion.
As we evolve and understand more about the incredible machinery that all animals are born with, I remain convinced that we can all have a great healthy life, getting the best out of each day, mentally physically and spiritually.
All these amazing bio regulators are available, sourced carefully by me, and tested . Ask me for details.
Have a great weekend!
