• TAKE A BREAK DURING THE GAME TO COOL DOWN AND HAVE A DRINK
• PACE YOURSELF/SLOW DOWN THE GAME
• PLAYERS WITH RESPIRATORY CONDITIONS SHOULD AVOID PLAYING
• PLAYERS WITH ASTHMA SHOULD BRING THEIR OWN INHALERS
• DON’T GET ON THE PITCH IF YOU FEEL UNWELL
• IF YOU FEEL UNWELL DURING THE GAME COME OFF THE PITCH STRAIGHT AWAY AND SEEK HELP FROM A MEMBER OF STAFF
• IF GUIDELINES ARE NOT FOLLOWED THEN THERE IS A RISK OF HEAT CRAMP, HEAT EXHAUSTION AND HEAT STROKE.
