At some point, a particularly ambitious member of the Sticky Fingers Society decided that the festoon lights outside our clubhouse would look much better at their house than ours. 🙄

Yes… someone has actually stolen our festoon lights.

We’re not sure what’s more impressive — the audacity of stealing from a community football club, or being so desperate for garden lighting that you’ve resorted to a 4.30am raid on a clubhouse. 😂

So, to our very own budget Danny Ocean: we hope they absolutely transform your patio. Nothing says classy outdoor entertaining quite like “I nicked these from the local football club.” 👏💡

On a more serious note, if anyone recognises this special case or has any information that might help us identify the culprit, please send the club a private message.

Any information will be treated confidentially.

Footage has been forwarded to the Police so any information that results in a successful identification will be rewarded appropriately.
