From 1st September to 30th September 2025, weโre calling on everyone who works with young players โ coaches, volunteers, teachers, referees and supporters โ to help us find the next generation of football stars.
If you know a player with talent now, or the potential to shine in the future, take just a few minutes to complete the Discover My Talent referral form. Itโs quick, simple, and could change a young personโs life.

Since 2021, weโve received 7486 unique referrals โ each one a young player we might never have discovered without people like you spotting and championing them.
This season, weโre focusing on players born in 2007 โ 2012. Players can come from every corner of the game: small-sided, recreational, girls, mixed, affiliated, and un-affiliated football. Talent is everywhere โ but opportunity only happens when someone steps up to make a referral.
