- Move freely and confidently by bringing comfortable clothes 👕�- Consistency beats complexity so keep your routine simple 📝�- Quality is more important than quantity so focus on correct form ✅�- Respect the gym space and others using it by re-racking your weights 💪🏼

We all have to start somewhere but if you show up and stay consistent, you’ll be surprised how quickly progress follows.
