"You say you're too busy? Meet Anthony."

Anthony runs his own concrete business.
Long days with mad early starts, job deadlines, working with customers managing staff.

Problems to solve. The sort of workload that would give most people an excuse to put their health on the back burner.

But Anthony doesn't.
Some nights this man cant get a training session done until 10:30pm.

Some days his meals are eaten cold from a lunchbox on-site.

Some evenings he's prepping food after work and after the gym when most people are already on the sofa.

This one is literally proof of what listening to your coach does. Tommy listens to every single word, he meets and holds the standards set for him as a client.

If there's any questions or issues or life getting in the way, events coming up he communicates and as a result of this we have him hyper responsive 💯

We can predict everything from flatness, fullness, fatigue, weight patterns well ahead because he's that consistent and locked into a routine.

So easy to coach someone like Tommy. The client coach respect, trust and relationship is second to none. Hence this incredible update.

What it can't do is coach you..
It can't see when you're struggling and reach out

It can't read between the lines of a check-in and pick up on your patterns

It can't challenge your excuses. It can't pull you back when you're doing too much. It can't push you when you're capable of more

It can't understand your life, your stress, your schedule and your habits the way a real coach can

Real coaching is reactive

It's looking at the data every week and making decisions based on YOU

Sometimes that means pushing harder, Sometimes it means backing off, Sometimes it means changing the plan completely

The results my clients get don't come from a spreadsheet, a PDF, or a fancy AI prompt.

They come from accountability, communication, experience, and years of understanding how real people actually change their lives.

Use AI. Use the tools. Use the information.
But don't confuse access to information with coaching.

Because information is everywhere.
Results come from implementation.
And that's where a coach earns their keep.

And it's no coincidence that it's also the best my business has ever been going.

4am starts - 10pm finishes.

Prioritising sleep.
Prioritising routine.
Prioritising training.
Prioritising nutrition.

The discipline required to get in shape is the same discipline required to build a successful business, lead a team, and show up for your clients every single day.

Being in shape doesn't automatically make you a great coach.

But if your job is to help people build better habits, improve their health, and create a lifestyle they enjoy, shouldn't you be practising what you preach?

8 months after having her wee baby… and absolutely thriving. 🔥

This is Shona, A loyal Hard Work Works member, a great friend, and one of the easiest people you'll ever coach.

Over the last 8 months, she has thrown herself into her training and lifestyle with a level of enthusiasm that's infectious.

Every session she does, every goal she sets, she gets stuck in with a smile on her face and gives it everything she has.

What I love about coaching her isn't just the progress she's making physically.

This is Aine..

And this is the biggest weight loss transformation I have ever coached.

🔥 5.5 stone down 👏

We've been working together for over a year now and what she has achieved has been nothing short of incredible.

Anyone who knows Aine will tell you she is a completely different person. Not just physically, but in her confidence, her mindset, her energy and the way she carries herself every day.

Let me tell you a little story about Niamh.

Niamh is one of our Hybrid members. She trains with us in the gym and works with me online.

But she wasn't always part of the Hybrid programme.

For a long time she was training but not enjoying it, demotivated and not seeing any results.

When she joined our team online we sat down and looked at her goals, I explained that if she wanted to truly change her body composition and get the results she was looking for, her training needed to change.

She trusted the process.
She came to a few sessions.
And she's never looked back.

Today, Niamh is 14kg down and the photos speak for themselves.

More importantly, she's stronger, fitter, more confident and feels better than she ever has.

What makes this even more impressive?
Niamh is up at 4:30am to make the journey to train with us at 6am. She travels from Donegal, runs her own business, has a busy life, and still finds a way to show up consistently.

There comes a point where you're tired of starting over, you lose faith in it, and enjoyment in training or exercising you get
tired of saying "from monday"

Tired of feeling uncomfortable in your own skin.

When she started with me, the goal wasn't perfection was to regain control of it all, her habits, her training, control of her nutrition and then control of her confidence.
