📸Finance Minister John O'Dowd MLA and Health Minister Mike Nesbitt have launched a public consultation seeking views on a Baby Loss Certificate Scheme.

The scheme will be open to any parent who has experienced the loss of a baby that has not been registered as a still birth prior to the end of the 24th week of pregnancy.
