The Foyle Zone AGM has been organised for 8.15pm Tuesday 5th May at Lisneal College (room to be confirmed)

Anyone who is unavailable to attend that night but would be interested/willing to come on the zone committee to help out organising for next season can let Simon or Peter know and will be put forward at the meeting.

Mens zone team selected to play on Saturday 10th January against Mid Down at Lisneal college.

Match is a 2pm start for first half (be there for 1.45pm), fee of £15 a head to cover teas and use of the hall to be collected by the 6 skips and passed on to myself or Jordan Austin on the day.

Dress code is zone tops or white T-shirt and black trousers.

Anyone on the team that becomes unavailable please let Simon, Malcolm, Charlie, Kenny or Peter know ASAP so we can get a replacement sorted.

Condolences to Margaret and the Grieve family circle. RIP Hugh.

We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Hugh Grieve peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital surrounded by his loving family on the 22nd of October 2025.
May he rest in peace.

Beloved husband of Margaret.
Loving father of Louise (Ronan) Orlagh (John), Paul (Colleen), Peter (Louise) and Ryan (Amanda).

Reposing at his late home. Wake will commence on Thursday 23rd at 4pm.

Funeral on Saturday 25th of October 2025 leaving his late home at 1.15pm for 2pm Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Altinure.

Can these be filled out and returned by 17th October to enable us to get the draws done beforehand.

Nights of play (in Lisneal sports hall):
Monday 27th October: Singles
Tuesday 28th October: Pairs
Wednesday 29th October: Triples
Thursday 30th October: Rinks

Over 55’s and mixed pairs and ladies competitions date and venue isn’t confirmed for these at the moment.

Johnston - May 14th 2025 (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital, in the loving care of his Family, Tommy, much loved Husband of Geraldine, 26 Glenburn Place, Magherafelt, loving Father of Billy, like a Father to Jay, a dear Brother-in-Law of Jervis (Pam) and Trevor, dearest Brother of Ellen and the late Cecil, Maggie, Bella, Ken, Dorothy and Adam and a loving Uncle and Great Uncle. All welcome at the Family home from Thursday (May 15th). Funeral will take place from his home on Saturday, May 17th at 2:00pm, to Kilcronaghan Parish Church for service at 2:30pm, followed by burial in the adjoining Churchyard. Family flowers only please. If there needs to be a vote on anything - only 2 members can vote from each club.
