West Bank Kickboxing Club West Bank Kickboxing club. Welcome to West Bank kickboxing club. With classes ranging from keep fit, Grading and fight classes.

The club is situated in 10A Elagh Business park, Buncrana Road BT48 Derry with classes running five nights a week. So if it's self defense or just to get fit that your looking for there is no better sport than Kickboxing. Classes are taught by the main coach China Coyle. Yet another photo dump from captain Slack Bladder. (Why post them on the day) Sparring sessions and classes over a few weeks.

With 8 people getting ready to fight on the there's a nice fast flow to the spars with everyone having a goal in mind, making sure they get time in the ring and upping the intensity of the pad work sessions in the classes. Roll on the 4th of July !!!
