Our prenatal Pilates classes are designed to support your changing body, ease tension, and help you feel strong and connected every step of the way. Whether youโre building stability, improving posture, or simply taking time to breathe, youโre in the right place.
Please ensure you are at least 12 weeks pregnant and you have had your first scan before booking your place.

These classes are designed to help mums gently rebuild core strength, support pelvic floor recovery, improve posture and take some well-deserved time for themselves in a supportive environment.
Pre-walking babies are welcome to join you.
๐ฉ๐ผ Suitable for postnatal mums at least 6 weeks post-vaginal delivery/ 12 weeks post C-Section delivery.
