Join us this Friday, 17th July, at Ebrington Square for a refreshing and energising outdoor Pilates flow.

Enjoy a full-body Pilates workout in the fresh air while spending quality time with your little one. Our relaxed, welcoming classes are designed with mums in mind, and babies are always welcome. With the school holidays underway, older siblings are more than welcome to join us too!

Optional: Join us for a coffee afterwards at Yum Cakes. If you’re not attending class but you’d like to meet us for a coffee afterwards then please do, we aim to finish at around 10:20am.

Who’s this class for?
Please ensure you are at least 6 weeks Postnatal for vaginal delivery/ 12 weeks post C-Section delivery.
If you’re currently pregnant and you’d like to attend with your other child/children then please do. This class is nice and gentle and modifications can be made where needed. Please just inform me first 🫶🏻

Please bring along with you a mat, water and anything your little ones may need.

To the mum in the thick of those freshly postpartum days …

The one wondering if she’ll ever feel like herself again.

🌸 Postnatal Pilates Mums, Babies & Big Siblings Welcome! 🌸

Join us for a relaxed and supportive postnatal Pilates class designed to help you rebuild strength, improve mobility, and enjoy some time for yourself while keeping your little ones close.

Babies are welcome to stay with you throughout the class, and older siblings from nursery age up to Primary 7 are welcome too! There will be a dedicated activity table with board games, colouring, and puzzles to help keep them entertained during the session. My daughter Lily will also be around to help with the activities, although parents remain responsible for supervising their own children.

If you are not newly Postnatal and you have children from nursery to P7 the. You are also welcome to join.

Please make sure you pop me a message or write a note on the booking form to let me know how many children will be attending. No more than 3 children (total) are to attend.

A great way to move your body, meet other local mums, and enjoy a welcoming, family-friendly environment. We’d love to see you there 🧘‍♀️ 🖍️ ☀️

Classes will be kept small to make sure they run smoothly so please book your space as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
