Leo started with me 6 weeks ago and wanted to add muscle along with losing fat and is flying through his goals🔥

He comes to every session giving 110% and in turn is starting to see differences like this massive difference in composition of his back, fantastic progress in such a short time bud,I look forward to seeing the progress in the upcoming weeks 💪

✳️ TRANSFORMATION ✳️

Kealan had a goal to gain and add muscle to his body! With no real crazy diet or overfilling we adjusted the macros to suit his goals! 🔥

You can definitely see a massive difference in his structure, he kept motivated and worked toward his goals week in week out, working his session in around work and football he showed up and did the work needed, in turn adding almost half a stone in mass! 💪

He has also seen some improvements on the football pitch achieved by tailoring a few explosive/plyometric type drills in to his sessions! ⚽️

Results speak for themselves, massive well done Kealan appreciate your time bud 💪🙏

The picture on the right is the 31st of July and since then I haven’t been very strict on myself until the past few months, this is 3 stone of difference and counting! 🙌🏽

Combat sport has played a massive part in my weight loss, due to the enjoyment and structure of the sessions, it has helped me a lot with the progress! 🥊

Some of the noticeable differences about losing weight is my energy has increased, the amount of exercise I can do has skyrocketed, my fitness levels soared up, breathing has become better and moving around has become easier 🔥

I don’t usually acknowledge my progress because I’m not quite where I want to be yet but sometimes acknowledging the landmarks can make the rest of journey look a lot closer! 💪

These are just 10 of the many benefits and reason to start the gym, there are many beneficial things that range from physical to mental improvement.

Your body can show changes such as balance improvement, posture correction and strength gain, your bones become stronger with resistance training, cardio will benefit strongly in your cardiovascular system and core stability training will focus on you becoming more balanced! 💪

Mental aspects of gym going and exercise range from build confidence and socialising to stress relief and increased brain function 🧠

🟢 Quality over Quantity 🟢

Best way to see results is to set small goals on the build up to achieving your overall goal, you don’t need to spend 3 hours a day in the gym, the majority of your in gym results will come from the quality of your workout!

When going to the gym make sure to:

o Stay motivated
o Concentrate on your small goals
o Prepare your sessions

The more small goals you achieve the better you’ll feel, you’ll then in turn be more driven to push towards your overall goal!

Everything will take time so don’t try rushing it by doing overly long workouts and becoming unmotivated by the end of the first week, start small, stay consistent and set yourself up for all the future achievements 💪💪
