8 Week Transformation 🔥💪
Final check in with today and he exceeded all my expectations.
Sean came to me because he simply felt his training needed a little bit of extra structure, and wanted someone to give him an extra push to get him back in the swing of things after a series of lockdowns and isolation etc etc.
Sean and I trained together 4 days a week, and due to his busy work schedule he found it very hard to stick to a strict diet plan. So instead, we shifted our focus to eating, fresh, natural, unprocessed foods, while not being greedy and well, the results speak for themselves.
Sean now has the confidence to go into the gym on his own and will be switching to my online training plans
