All set to get started for the new year?
Have you tried this approach before only to drift away from it after a while?

▫️Maybe you lacked structure to progress towards your goal and end up frustrated πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Having someone there to look after everything, have a plan in place, and make everything less stressful is a massive help, I know from experience of not having a coach, to having one and things be alot easier πŸ’―

I've helped everyone from complete beginners, who didn't use a gym so we used steps as their output and still managed over a stone off in one month ‼️

Making better choices with food, we done a diet plan that suited her specifically βœ…
We went through her training and designed it around her busy days βœ…
And with accountability throughout the week she was always on point βœ…
Always doing what's needed, getting her steps in despite a busy lifestyle with work, being a mum and the weather πŸ’₯

When you are working towards a goal that you are determined to get to, nothing will stop you doing what you have to, not allowing any excuse to stand in the way and that's clearly what Amie has done here πŸ”₯

A large diet coke from McDonald's has zero calories 0⃣
On the other hand a large full coke from McDonald's has 300 calories πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―

Mc Donald's as an example but in terms of diet drinks to full sugar drinks, they could make or break if you're losing weight that week or going nowhere β›”

4 large cokes from McDonald's is 1200 calories more a week that you may not even be paying too much attention to and could be spent on foods πŸ—πŸ₯©

It's the small decision each day through the week that will decide how you'll progress, be smart with your choices πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“

Well Christmas week is here πŸŽ„πŸŽ…πŸŽ

Hope everyone enjoys a bit of downtime over the next few days, it's needed every now and again, aslong as it doesn't last too long πŸ˜‚

If you're someone who's been counting calories, worrying about getting in 'x' amount of workouts a week, over the last few months, a few days off will not break the bank and will be beneficial mentally as much as physically πŸ’ͺ

So wishing everyone a Merry Christmas ❀️

I'll be straight back at it on boxing day there's been someone messaging looking to start the day after Christmas, after a 24 hour shift, eating nothing but milk and cookies, and looking to get ripped in the new year πŸŽ…

Now that I have everyone's attention I'll keep it short and sweet 🍬

On the left, something people consider healthy and fine to eat while 'on a diet'
On the right, something you wouldn't eat if you're trying to be healthy πŸ‘€

Both have their place in your daily eating habits, knowing how to manage your daily eating habits is alot simpler than you might think 😊 having a small treat while managing daily calories will prevent having a full treat day which can set you back alot further in achieving your goal πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Society has become a 'right here, right now' (to quote a fine tune) type of way!

No one wants to earn anything, but everyone wants rewards. No one wants to be accountable anymore, we've lost the art of self discipline and this drags other aspects of life down πŸ‘Š

But anyone who's actually taken the step, started taking responsibility and grinding for their results, I can guarantee 99% are enjoying the process and noticing benefits in other daily things in life, and it all comes down to attitude πŸ’―

It really doesn't have to be that way, with the right guidance you can make more informed decisions while still enjoying what you eat! You could lose weight on a diet of biscuits and buns if counting calories, not saying it would be healthy but it would be tasty πŸ˜‹
