We’re beyond thrilled to announce that Move is opening its doors right here in town.

All the classes you already know and love, plus exciting new ones, all under one roof:

I am so excited to share that I am a fully qualified Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor🤩
Reformer inbound, training has already started 🙌🏻

We have a new evening of Pilates -
Monday’s, 8-9pm at Dereham Town Football Club

Please note the time and venue change from Monday 3rd November -
Zumba, 7-8pm at Dereham Town Football Club
Pilates, 6.45-7.45pm still Yaxham Village Hall

All bookings can now be made online via the newly launched website. There are packages available and you can book as many classes as you wish! Please see link below or you can use the ‘book now’ button on my profile. Classes for the rest of this week remain the same.

*Monday 10th November - due to unavailable hall hire
Zumba - Yaxham Village Hall, 6.15-7.15pm
Pilates - NO CLASS (8-9pm)
