Overview: Matsuoka Sensei's aikido is a perfect example of the “one-body-movement” approach. Understanding anatomy and physiology of human mechanics can help to imagine connection and the inner works of various body parts. Establishing basic understanding of human anatomy will allow us to look at Matsuoka sensei’s approach to Aikido from a different vantage point.

Bartek is a registered physiotherapist since 1994, aikido practitioner since 2009, Hikari Dojo-cho since Sept 2018, student of Haruo Matsuoka Sensei since 2012, creator of Neuroaiki physiotherapy an approach that incorporate aikido and physiotherapy in one.
