I’m not only proud, but ever so thankful for my clients. Each and every one of you progress and improve each session and prove to yourself “YOU CAN DO IT”!

Remember guys, WE MOVE! When the going gets tough we always pull through. Whether this is associated to the gym environment or in day to day life. Life is never simple unfortunately, but we learn to take its challenges, learn from them and then WE MOVE.

🌸 CLIENT TRANSFORMATION 🌸

There’s nothing I like better than GREAT RESULTS! What better way to kickstart the day by congratulating the beautiful Mel on her progress the past few months.

Mel had never stood foot in the gym prior to our sessions, having that stereotypical “Gym fear”. However, with her love for free weights, that ‘fear’ has turned to ‘FEVER’ because she can’t get enough of it!

Since our sessions Mel has-
1️⃣ Dropped 7.1kg
2️⃣ Lost 2.5% BF
3️⃣ increased her muscle by 1.1%
4️⃣ Got her Visceral fat down by 1
5️⃣ Most importantly improved overall confidence and technique!

I can’t believe the progress this Women has made, eachother sessions she walks in with a huge smile and her motive and drive is INCREDIBLE! She also enjoys deadlifts which we have only covered a couple times and her form and technique has progressed so quick!

PROGRESSION IS 🔑

Always make sure you set a clear target each training session. Whether it’s a new PB, or improving technique, etc.

My clients continue to progress and improve each session; never reaching a plateau. I like nothing more than seeing improvements and confidence build throughout each and every single session 💪🏼

Here is the beautiful achieving her 1RM of 125kg on Deadlifts this week. To think we began with just the bar 🤪

QUAAAAADS ON FIIIIRE 🔥🔥

I love our new Sissy Squat machine over at in Dereham! Great way to focus on your quads and really feel the burn 💯

I’ve torn ligaments in my knees a while back so I’ve always struggled with quad related exercises. However, with this machine I can adjust it to the pivot or which doesn’t effect my knee but specifically targets quads only 👏🏼

Holding a plate makes it x10 harder and you must ensure that you sit back into the exercise.

My gal Erica smashing a 90kg 1RM Squat 🔥🔥 This gal always seems to amaze me, constant progression and 0 regression 💪🏼

A huge benefit of having a PT is that confidence boost. We are able to determine our clients capabilities and ensure they are pushing themselves to their maximum without causing risk to their health. My clients know I’m forever adding more and more weight into movements because I KNOW they can do it. On your own you lack that drive and choose the easy option. You begin to regress and see no improvements, if so what is the point? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Each and every week I’m filled with Clients PBs, therefore It only goes up and up ☺️ Well done to all my beautiful clients that have smashed the past months in the gym since we have reopened. So proud of you all 💕

My posts have been fairly slack recently, it’s been difficult to find the time and I’ve been SOOO busy with work and clients. BUT I’m changing a few things to my business which I’m excited about 🤪💪🏼
