A massive thank you to everyone for your incredible understanding when I gave the heads-up that I couldn’t run the second class tonight to be home with my poorly little girl. Your compassion reminded me just how special our bounce family is.

It has taken time and resilience to build everything back up at Bounce after so many challenges, but tonight was I reckon one of our busiest nights of the year, and I am honestly so relieved, proud, and happy. 😭🙌Thankyou for choosing Bounce2Beats 💋

Aaron and I spent yesterday hashing out fresh choreo and we came up with two brand new Bounce tracks for the playlist new week.

We’re thinking about launching a Sunday morning class at Ashbrook Centre, Borrowash to finish the weekend on a high! 🚀

The plan is to get it smashed and be done and dusted before 10:00 AM, leaving the rest of your Sunday wide open.

Tonight was honestly EPIC! 🔥✨

It was so amazing seeing everyone! More and more of the old team are returning alongside our lovely new faces, and I’m genuinely over the moon to have the gang back together! 🥰

A special shoutout to Gill and Fran for staying behind so I didn’t have to lock up alone, and to Gill for even pulling over in her car to make sure I got through the main gate safely. 💕 Honestly, our community is something else. It is so special how close we all are and how we look out for one another—you have no idea how much that means to me! 🥹🫶

Tonight’s double Bounce class was an absolute SWEAT FEST! 💦🔥

Pitch-black room, disco lights going wild, big club tunes blasting, and a room packed full of absolute legends ⚡️

It felt like a proper night out—sweat everywhere, aching everywhere, but totally worth every single second. West Hallam, you were on absolute fire tonight! 😮‍💨🙌
