Let’s talk about the next two evenings at Bounce 💗 I’m getting lots of messages 🫶

We aren’t going to be bouncing outside this week! Sorry guys It seems insane when it’s warm however there is 0 breeze. It’s to dangerous.

I have two industrial fans coming tomorrow which I will absolutely bring that apparently are the dogs doodoos which means we will have 4 fans at Ashbrook. This combined with breaks whenever we need them and not going full throttle on our trampoline I think we will be 🆗 .

I’m going to cancel Thursdays 6pm class as doing a double in this heat is dangerous we shouldn’t be exercising more than 60 minutes maximum!

So our timetable is as follows:
- Wednesday 7.15pm Bounce2Beats
- Thursday 7.15pm Bounce2Beats

If anything changes I shall absolutely update.

Never mind requested absolutely needed in this heat 🪭 💦 our fans for West Hallam CC are being delivered tomorrow 👏 yayyyy. Yesterday to be fair wasnt bad at all butttt we will be absolutely sorted with these 💨🌬️💨 We have fans at Ashbrook all ready luckily.

Tonight was not as bad as I drummed up in my head heat wise at all. We did everything ryt anyway didn’t we which kept us from over heating. Lauren was spraying us with water 🤣 with her new new water spritzer 💦💦💦 can you come to Wednesday and Thursdays classes please lauren with ur spritzer lol

I managed to take a quick pic of a few of us ladies munching our ice lollies our post class treat 🍭 I didn’t manage to get a pic of our second class at all as we was munching away and packing away. Sorry team.

A special shout out to debs who did her first double this evening 👏well done gal you did good 💋💋congrats on your first double

We managed to get every track in tonight which is pretty impressive 💪 getting stronger week by week.also them squats are getting lower 👏 that’s not me forcing it that’s you just doing it without realising! So well done you !! I’m feeling couple new tracks for next week if you would love to hear a certain track in class and it has a good beat msg me ###x

We Bounce again Wednesday in Borrowash! I will come loaded with ice lollies lmaoooo a few water balloons maybe a good idea actually 🤔 as well 😋

Oh wow it’s getting hot 🔥so let’s remind ourselves how to train safe 👏obvious to some not to others 💋 guys please ensure you have drank enough and ate enough on bounce days. We need to keep hydrated pre during and post class 💦💦 same with eating turning up and you haven’t ate all day, especially in this heat it’s dangerous find the time pre class a banana is a great go to

Our Borrowash team we shall be outdoors in our shaded spot! Taking lots of water breaks. Wear as little as possible ladies bounce in shorts and sports bra if you want I’m going to have to dig deep for my shorts for tonight. If I can find them that is 🙈

West hallam I’m bringing my fan for tonight if anyone else has one please bring along. Ours that I ordered still haven’t been delivered. We shall get the doors open and get the air flowing. Let’s do what we can!

I’ve popped a little towel in the freezer which will be fab. If you can I would recommend

Yes Borrowash Team you smashed it tonight 🔥 improvements are happening everywhere I look 👏 so many of you have got into that routine weekly bounce and it is paying off big time.

I am soooo glad we bounced alfresco the breeze was amazinnnng 💨💨💨💨 10/10 tonight well done 💙let’s rewind and do it all over again. We shall have to wait until Saturday morning in west hallam 😋 gonna be a tough one to beat but I’m all in let’s go 💪
