It’s perfect for Kick-boxers who when practing kicks:

🫣 Struggle to get their leg up to head height

🫣 Find it difficult to maintain their balance

🫣 Get frustrated because they lack power

πŸ‘ Wish they could just β€œget the hang of it”

βœ… Could benefit from a training framework that teaches them how to improve at a faster rate by finally solving all their leg strength and flexibility issues.

Tons of people have asked me about running a workshop like this, so I expect it to be a popular event.

As well as the 90-minute training session,

you’ll also walk away with a super valuable strength and flexibility training program (at no extra cost).

This will be sent out in the form of a Google Document.
