What a year. Plenty of ups and downs. We stay grinding no matter what. Thank you to this team who make work an absolute joy and my loyal clients who’ve supported me and through thick and thin. On to 2022.

Pb day 🚨 180kg back squat went today.
3 squat sessions a week for the past month has paid off.
Cheers to all the boys as always.
Time to set some new goals and get working towards them.

When you’ve got PBS to lift at 6 and a Michael Jackson tribute concert at 8 💪 cheers for the push tonight the boys you know who you are. 110kg clean PB. Still learning the technique on the lift so hopefully more progress soon.

95KG C&J PB.

Had to take a step back from the Olympic lifts for 3 weeks due to a thumb injury and seems to have benefitted.

Wanted to push to 100kg but took what I could on the day and will build from here.

The split jerk turned into a bit of a push press but still working on technique so happy I got it overhead.
