We’re very happy to introduce our two new Personal Trainers... Kel and Ben!

You may have noticed a few changes round here this week....

Easing of government restrictions have meant we’ve been able to bring back a few of our old favourites - and excitingly you no longer have to train alone!

Please do still remember to wipe your kit down after use and we encourage you to wear a mask in communal areas.

We hope you are enjoying this relaxation of rules and thank you to everyone for your help in getting us to this point!

It’s still as important as ever to keep each other safe and follow our rules.

So please remember:
💪 Train alone and keep your distance
💪 Clean your kit after use
💪 Wear a mask when entering, exiting and moving around the gym
💪 Wear a mask when spotting

And please put your weights away!

We know how important the gym is for you all so we are so happy to be back!

Enjoy your workouts and please follow the rules. We will do everything we can to make sure the gym is a clean, safe and enjoyable place to train for everyone. Please help us with this.

It’s nearly time...just 3 days to go until we reopen our doors here at The Gym Derby.

We’ve been busy getting the gym ready for you and we cannot wait to welcome you back.

Here are the answers to a few questions that we’ve been getting...

🗓 When do you open?
Monday 12th April at 6am

⏰ What are your opening hours?
We will be open 24/7

👫 Can we train together?
Unfortunately government guidelines still mean we must train solo. We still need to follow social distancing.

😷 Do I need to wear a mask?
Yes, please continue to wear your mask when entering and exiting the gym, in any communal areas and when spotting. You do not need to wear a mask when training.

🧹 Do I need to clean my kit?
Yes please do your bit and clean your kit. Please wipe equipment down after use with the spray and paper towel provided. We will also be continuing with our cleaning regime.

It's official - we have lift off!!

Today the government announced gyms in England WILL re-open on 12th April! Don't know if you can tell, but we've been pretty hyped about this! 🎉🎉🎉

Time to start warming up!!

We'll be sending out an email to all our members to tell you everything you need to know about payments, opening hours, and what to expect when we reopen!
