We’re so excited to welcome you to Derby Arena this Sunday for a full day of fitness and women’s health!

Doors open at 9:30am, with our first class starting at 10:00am in the spin studio. We’ll also have free matcha/lattes for our first 50 customers, so make sure you arrive early!

Classes are first come, first served, so head to the registration desk when you arrive to sign up for your chosen sessions and avoid disappointment.

Please wear appropriate sports clothing if you’d like to take part in the fitness classes.

Even bigger than 2025 and as always it was a true honour to have so many of our staff, community and members take part. We were so proud to see so many familiar faces taking place! What a team💪🩵

🚨 IMPORTANT PARKING REMINDER – SATURDAY 12 SEPTEMBER 🚨

If you're planning to visit Derby Arena tomorrow, please be aware that the DEKA event is taking place at the Arena alongside a Derby County home match, with kick-off at 12.30pm.

⚠️ There will be extremely limited parking on site and road closures around the match. Parking is NOT guaranteed between 7am–4pm.

📍 DEKA attendees: Please use alternative parking or public transport if possible, and allow extra time for your journey.
Please check your DEKA Race Day Information Pack for full details of alternative parking and transport options.

🏋️ GYM MEMBERS: The gym will remain open and accessible as normal, however all studio classes are cancelled this weekend due to the event.

The Women's Wellness Event Schedule is Here!✨

We’ve got an amazing day planned on Sunday 20th September with something for everyone to enjoy for FREE.

From sound baths & meditation to reformer, high-energy Zumba and an off-site run 🏃‍♀️, there are plenty of ways to move, relax and reset on the day.

We’ll also have talks running throughout the day, including:

🌸 Menopause & Body Building with Mary
🤰 Pre & Post Natal with Livewell
💜 Violence Against Women with Derbyshire Police

You can sign up for classes at the registration desk on the day.

Not interested in doing a class? No problem! There’s still plenty to enjoy, with wellness stalls and healthy food to try. 🍴

And as if there wasn’t already enough to do… We’ll also have cycling taster sessions running from 13:00–16:00, giving you the chance to get on a bike and try something new.
