Nobody was playing out on Friday so took myself off for a nice route from Ilham hall to thors cave and through Dovedale valley.

Lots of runs happening this summer.

All easy pace.

Hello all been a while 😂😂

30th of May myself and a few DTH members are going out for a bimble, sorry, long bimble.

Starting at the crack of dawn and doing the Matlock skyline route. We are doing a time on feet run so very gentle pace.

Most of us have had events and thus recovery time, some us are just trying get the mileage up.

I for one need to get back into some good mileage so…

Matlock skyline but very gentle pace, we may accidentally stop at a pub or cafe half way.

Shhhhh don’t tel the Strava moving time police it’ll be our little secret 😂😂

So keep an eye out the event will be posted in the next few days.

It’s a lovely route and not overly peak’y

Well that’s it summer is well and truly over.

My running tights are back out and didn’t once wish I was in shorts today.

Don’t let the hard work you did over the summer go to waste.

Embrace the better running temperatures and as trail runners the lack of giving an F about the rain and mud!

Come join us for a gentle paced evening trail run by head tourch. Or a longer weekend run that makes us all question why the F we didn’t just stay in bed!

We welcome All abilities and work as a group to improve all our running, even if sometimes we finish our runs at the pub.

Train in winter so your summer race photos don’t resemble this! 😂
