Travelling on the Bernina Express from Italy Tirano to Switzerland St Moritz!! We went from full sun to snow! Then to dry sunny cooler climate in St Moritz… the duality and vibes changing.
Switzerland is so friendly and super clean and chic!! Enjoying the cultural changes loving every experience! Xx

As I travel through Italy and Switzerland I am learning all the unhelpful constructs we have been feed! To be with the one to always seek someone or something where in fact we are always with someone and something, for me it’s with myself , my loved ones, the elements, every soul I meet along this journey.
Most of all I’ve found peace and a centre in my soul, it’s not about being with anyone, it’s about being true to yourself and learning to remain in your centre grounded and rooted.
Travel for me whether solo or in company has changed my life!
I love solo travelling as it allows me to spend time with my energies and to truly reveal all to me to grow.
We are now off to Switzerland! Last leg off a beautiful journey xx Aum Shanti 🙏☮️❤️🕉

As I travel through Italy and Switzerland with my daughter, I am starting to understand that presence is so important to me! I have learnt to be present with myself.. to remain in every moment… We can only be present for others once we learn self presence… no running, no avoidance.. just compassion and understanding… Breath and remain.

Blessed for a beautiful Sadhna! Standing in between the Sun, Surya Devta and the Moon Chandra Maa… focus of my Sadhna was balance and then they show me the Sun on the right and moon to the left!! It was an amazing feeling something I will never forget… synchronicity and blessings… Aum Shanti ❤️☮️🕉🙏

I’ve been called naive, I have been called too trusting! I am a woman who believes in real human connection with pure intentions to be seen and see…
To be vulnerable and sincere, when did human connections become performative? When did we start analysing each other?
Bring back just getting to know each other, holding safe space for yourself and whoever you’re connecting with.
