London T100 Olympic Distance

First race back post emergency C-section 4.5 months ago and I’m pretty proud of myself.

For once there was no time pressure (other than getting it done in time for Axels next feed 😂) just to go and enjoy being back racing! When I booked this while pregnant in my head I was immediately jumping back into training. A c-section hadn’t even crossed my mind!

I worked hard pre pregnancy to stay fit and healthy and I really believe it’s helped me post pregnancy to recover from major surgery!

Everyone has their own recovery but I’m happy about this one!
Exercise will always have so many benefits for you!

Happy Mother’s Day ! Our little boy made his big arrival at the start of March! It’s been a wonderful couple weeks!
