All abilities welcome We are based at Mickleover Sports Club, Station Road Mickleover.

And we meet Monday 6.30pm & Thursday 7pm

Have you tried jogging or running, but can't get into a regular habit, or want someone to train with? Whatever your age or ability please get in touch and we will accommodate you. Our run leaders are fully qualified, CRB/DBS verified, insured and UKA Affiliated. We offer a variety of groups, Couch to 5k. Intermediates 5k & Advanced 7k+ As well as an occasi

onal Yoga or on site fitness session. Our Couch to 5k 8 week course is a structured, coached, 2 sessions a week program. Starting with walking a jogging, progressing to completing a 5k route at the end of the 8 weeks. Course costs £30 The courses are available 2 or 3 times a year (autumn, new year & easter time)

Our Intermediates & advanced groups are a social run and cost £2.00 per person per session. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
