I have been into the gym this morning and opened the windows to get some air in throughout the day. I have also been given a key for the the door inside the gym which means we can have that door open and get some more air in.
Bring plenty of water

Hi everyone. There will be no session tonight as it is my daughters birthday. I will send a text out next week to see what the availability is like for next Thursday , with it being a bank holiday.
