Our October half term holiday clubs are an autism friendly, calm and safe environment for young people to learn new skills and gain new experiences😁We aim to provide a place for these individuals to make new friends, learn new skills and have fun whilst meeting their needs and providing them with the platform to succeed🏆

Sport and exercise is for everyone! 🤸🏻‍♂️

Engaging in physical exercise brings many benefits to an individual and can improve a persons life massively!
From teaching physical education in an SEN school for the last 5 years I have seen the many benefits it has for an individual with autism, not only does exercise improve their physical attributes but it can mentally put them in a much calmer and relaxed mindset.😊

Sport is more than just moving around, it’s teaching an individual important life skills and lessons which will only benefit them in later life. 🙌🏼

Here at Active Foundations we are providing a 2 day school holiday group for SEN children.

Our two days will consist of activities such as Yoga, sensory play, team sports/ team building activities and relaxation.

These activities will help to give all individuals social experiences, physical and sensory input!

Your child will learn social & emotional skills along with self regulation strategies from our sessions.

We look forward to seeing you at our group.
