Hi EVERYONE & A ~HAPPY NEW YEAR 😅

I've recently qualified as a Menofit™ Teacher running health and fitness workshops, talks, classes and courses for Peri to Menopausal Women (or persons?) In the workplace.
I’m been approached by several organisations to provide Menofit™ sessions online and in person for various organisations and businesses.
These are ranging from an hour session once a week to 30 minutes sessions 3 times per week to Wellness days, workshops, Lunch & Learns to retreats.
I create a bespoke session for each organisation and can teach on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Facebook Live or whatever meeting platform your company utilises and in person if required.

Awareness of Peri menopausal & menopausal symptoms and offering health and fitness information,classes, nutrition will improve mental, physical and emotional wellbeing, coupled with an appropriate exercise class can have life changing results for so many women.
My mission for 2023 and beyond is to empower as many midlife women as possible by regaining their POWER and owning this midlife craziness!
We are losing too many TALENTED women from the workplace unnecessarily
