We have a wide range of facilities to offer which include an air-conditioned gymnasium, an aerobic studio with over 40 classes per week, a spin studio, a swimming pool, single-sex saunas and steam rooms and a café bar.

Dear Members,

Please be aware that there is currently no hot water in club, affecting the showers and taps.

We are waiting for an engineer to visit the club to undertake essential maintenance works to the boiler. We aim to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and will ensure that we will keep members updated.

Please note the pool, sauna and steam room remain open.

We ask that you please bear with us and we thank you for your patience.

Be A Hero!

Tomorrow in aid of Children in Need, we are holding a fundraising event in our lounge area. Throughout the fundraising event you will be able to sample cakes and coffee, but don't worry, you get to burn it off with our fundraising games.

Please note that any paid classes will be cancelled, however all LA fitness classes scheduled during the opening hours will run as normal.

LA fitness has teamed up with Spartan UK, the World's toughest obstacle race to give you the unique chance to take part in this ultimate endurance challenge - for free!

Your Spartan race will take place at Heaton Park, Manchester on Saturday 4th July 2015. With a choice of taking on the Sprint (5+km with 15 obstacles), or Super (13+km with 20 obstacles) race.
