Boxing Classes Adults (£4/5) Santino's Health and Fitness Centre is a brilliant old school Gym on the ground floor with Precor resistance and cardio equipment along with a good range of free weights and fabulous 11m weight lifting platform. Santino's Gym runs a huge BodyBuilding and Fitness Show in Derby each year. Plenty of FREE parking on street, around the corner after 3.30 (under Tubby Bears sign), next door in the car park after 4pm, metered parking opposite (free after 6pm + Sundays)

Memberships - £30 cash/card each month or £24 (£19.50 for students) if paid by direct debit, min 3 mnth contract - just 1 month notice required to cancel. No joining fee. BoxClever Boxing club, with separate classes for Kids and Ladies

Santino’s gym built in the shadows, now it’s time to standout!

Nearly 3 years of ownership and we’ve gone from strength to strength.

2026 was all about growth and that’s exactly what we’ve done, welcomed a huge amount of new members, bought more incredible equipment in to the gym and we’ll be making even more improvements.

Big thank you to Darrell Soapspray wynne for the new sign, it’s awesome.

Member announcement 📣

Starting in August we shall be carrying out some general maintenance on the gym floor and some pretty big upgrades to our changing rooms and toilets.

This will include tackling some areas of damp that we have throughout the gym and a spot of painting.

The toilets and changing rooms will be painted and vinyl flooring fitted, new mirrors and the lockers repaired.

I’m sure I’ve missed a few things as theres loads being done.

All work will be carried out whilst we remain open so there might be a small about of disruption, sorry in advance.

We continue to improve and bring the very best.

This Friday, Saturday and Sunday come and train for free!

I entry per person over the 3 days.

Members, if you’re bringing a friend, family member etc please don’t just fob them in. Press the intercom and give your guests details.

For anyone else, press the intercom and give the details you’re asked for and you’ll be buzzed in free of charge.

Just because we’re old school doesn’t mean our machines don’t work!

We have an incredible selection of old school machines, with some dating back to the late ’70s.

We always aim to keep every machine well maintained, serviced, and in full working order.

If one of our machines does break or needs replacement parts, we always do our best to have it repaired within a couple of days.

The challenge with some of these older machines is that parts are no longer available. When that happens, we have to have them custom made. More often than not, the new parts are even stronger and better than the originals, helping to keep these classic machines going for years to come.

If one of our machines doesn’t feel quite right or starts making an unusual noise, please let us know and we’ll get it sorted as quickly as possible.

…This excludes the big cable station though. That thing seems to make a new noise every week! 🤣

Comp recap 🥇🥇

What an unreal day, amazingly proud of Steve he absolutely smashed it with some amazing lifts.

Squat 250kg
Bench 140kg
Deadlift 240kg

Comp total 630kg

Steve walked away with two medals for Masters winner and also overall winner with an invite to the nationals in November.

The Powerlifting community is unreal, so supportive it just feels like a great sport to be part of.

A huge thank you to for hosting the show.

ONE DAY OUT!!

Months of hard work and dedication has all come down to this.

Tomorrow Steve steps on that platform to take part in his powerlifting competition over in Nottingham.

It’s been incredible to watch Steve prepare for this competition the time and dedication that he’s put in to his training is incredible.
