🍁Our October Half Term Holiday Club is back — and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome children into a space filled with play, creativity and autumn adventures. 🍂✨

Across the week, children will explore hands‑on activities, build confidence through movement and teamwork, and enjoy a supportive environment where every personality shines. From arts and crafts to outdoor challenges, sensory play to group games, we design every session to spark joy, curiosity and connection.

we have the following sessions running:

Monday 26th October 9-1 (ages 7-16) - Langley Mill
Monday 26th October 1:30-5:30 (ages 12-18) - Langley Mill
Wednesday 28th October 9-1 (aged 7-16)- Elvaston Castle Forest Schools
Friday 30th October 9-1 (ages 7-16)- Borrowash
Friday 30th October 1:30-5:30 (ages 12-18) - Borrowash

Sessions are £25 each, children will requires a packed lunch.

🌸Take a gentle moment for yourself at our Parent & Carer Wellbeing Day, a peaceful space created with you in mind.

Life can feel full, fast and demanding, and it’s easy to put your own needs to the side. This day is an invitation to pause, breathe and reconnect with your own wellbeing. Expect calm surroundings, supportive conversations, simple self‑care activities and time to unwind without pressure or expectation.

Friday 2nd October 2026 9:30am - 2pm at Infinite Wellbeing, Market Street, Heanor.

The day will have Relaxing therapies, Walking and Running sessions, Crafts, Lots of Refreshments, and plenty of chance to relax and chat. All activities are optional.

The day is Free to attend Thanks to Funding from The National Lottery.

Whether you join us to relax, to reset, or simply to be around others who understand the journey of parenting and caring, you’ll be welcomed with warmth and kindness. Small acts of self‑care make a big difference, and you deserve every one of them. 🌿💗

SEN-Fit Holiday Club was created because every child with SEND deserves a place where they feel safe, included and able to be themselves. 💙 What started with a simple idea has grown into a community where children build confidence, make friendships, stay active and create lasting memories, while families know they're supported every step of the way. We can't wait to see what this summer bring!🌟

🌈 PlayFit is where fitness, fun and friendship come together!

Join us this summer holidays for session that are packed with active games, sensory play, crafts, movement, laughter and opportunities for the whole family to enjoy quality time together.

There's no pressure, no expectation just a welcoming space where everyone can join in at their own pace, make memories and have fun.

We are incredibly proud, honoured and grateful to receive this award. To be recognised for something we are so passionate about means more than we can put into words.

A huge thank you to everyone who nominated us, voted for us and believed in what we do. Your support has helped us reach this amazing milestone, and we are so grateful to the judges for recognising the impact SEN-Fit is making within our community.

This award belongs to so many people. To our incredible staff team, thank you for your dedication, kindness and commitment to creating a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment every single day. Your passion and care are what make SEN-Fit so special.

To every child, young person, adult and family who attends our sessions, thank you for trusting us, supporting us and being part of our community. You are the reason we do what we do. Thanks to the support of Amber Valley, our PlayFit sessions at the Charles Hill Centre have been subsidised for the summer, meaning families can attend for just £5 per session (instead of our usual £10 per family).
