SEN-Fit Holiday Club was created because every child with SEND deserves a place where they feel safe, included and able to be themselves. 💙 What started with a simple idea has grown into a community where children build confidence, make friendships, stay active and create lasting memories, while families know they're supported every step of the way. We can't wait to see what this summer bring!🌟

🌈 PlayFit is where fitness, fun and friendship come together!

Join us this summer holidays for session that are packed with active games, sensory play, crafts, movement, laughter and opportunities for the whole family to enjoy quality time together.

There's no pressure, no expectation just a welcoming space where everyone can join in at their own pace, make memories and have fun.

🏆 We did it... SEN-Fit has been named BOOM Award Winner – SEND Session Provider of the Year!💙

We are incredibly proud, honoured and grateful to receive this award. To be recognised for something we are so passionate about means more than we can put into words.

A huge thank you to everyone who nominated us, voted for us and believed in what we do. Your support has helped us reach this amazing milestone, and we are so grateful to the judges for recognising the impact SEN-Fit is making within our community.

This award belongs to so many people. To our incredible staff team, thank you for your dedication, kindness and commitment to creating a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment every single day. Your passion and care are what make SEN-Fit so special.

To every child, young person, adult and family who attends our sessions, thank you for trusting us, supporting us and being part of our community. You are the reason we do what we do. We're delighted to be continuing our PlayFit sessions throughout the summer holidays, giving families a fun, welcoming and inclusive space to play, move, connect and make memories together.

Thanks to the support of Amber Valley, our PlayFit sessions at the Charles Hill Centre have been subsidised for the summer, meaning families can attend for just £5 per session (instead of our usual £10 per family).

Finding the right support for your child can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it on your own. At SEN-Fit, we're here to support not only children to build confidence, friendships and enjoy being active, but parents too.

We are a welcoming community, people who understand and here to support you every step of the way. Sometimes, all it takes is taking that first step. 💙

💬 Sometimes the hardest part is simply getting out of the door, especially when you are carrying so much as a SEND parent or carer.

Walk and Talk gives you a reason to take a little time for yourself, get some fresh air, and connect with others who understand the ups, downs, paperwork, appointments, worries, wins and everyday reality of SEND family life. 🌿

You don’t have to explain everything. You don’t have to mask. You don’t have to be having a “good day” to join us.

Our walks are friendly, relaxed and inclusive. You can walk at your own pace, talk as much or as little as you want, and take part in a way that feels right for you. 🚶‍♀️💛

Movement can support wellbeing, but connection matters too and this session brings both together.

We’d love you to join us. 🌈

Walk and Talk: A gentle step towards support

🌿 Walk and Talk is more than just a walk — it’s a chance for SEND parents and carers to move, breathe, talk, and feel supported. 💛

We know that life as a SEND parent can feel busy, emotional, isolating and exhausting at times. Our Walk and Talk sessions are here to create a friendly, non-judgemental space where you can get active at your own pace while connecting with people who understand. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

No pressure. No fitness expectations. No need to be “good at exercise”. Just comfortable shoes, a warm welcome, and a gentle step forward. 🌈

Whether you want to chat, listen, walk quietly, or just be around others, you are welcome.

Meet at Shipley Country Park , Derbyshire- Main carpark, by the Black Half Wheel at 09:30.

No cost to attend, option to stay for a cuppa after
