15kg down 👏🏻
That’s a total loss of 33lbs / 2 stone 5lbs.

No crash diets, no cutting out everything he enjoys, just consistency, structure and sticking to the plan week after week 📉

Massive credit to Dean for trusting the process and putting the work in 💪🏻

We’re not finished yet either 👀

Part 1… the job is almost done 👏🏼🔥

Couldn’t be more proud of Jodie and everything she’s achieved so far.

People see the before & after… but they don’t always see what goes on behind the scenes.

Jodie is a mum to 2 autistic children, and I know first hand how difficult life can get at times trying to balance everything. Yet she still kept showing up, stayed consistent and trusted the process 👊🏼

This is exactly why I love my job.
It’s not just about changing physiques… it’s about changing confidence, mindset and people’s lives for the better 💯

Final reveal pending 😮‍💨

Laterals 101 🎥
If your lateral raises look like a bird trying to escape the gym… lower the weight 😂

• Elbows higher than wrists
• Keep the legs still
• Control every rep

Your delts will thank you later.

Most people don’t actually “hit a plateau”… 🤔
they just stop doing the things that got them results in the first place.

Training stays the same 🏋️‍♂️
Effort drops 📉
Food gets sloppy 🍔
Weekends creep in 🍻

And suddenly… progress stalls.

The truth is 👇🏼

it’s rarely something complicated.

It’s the basics… done inconsistently.

✔️ Train properly
✔️ Track honestly
✔️ Recover well
✔️ Stay consistent

Do that for long enough and progress takes care of itself 📈

If you feel stuck right now, there’s always a reason — you just need to find it and fix it.

If you’re ready to take things seriously and want help getting results…

“End of my first push phase. +15kg.

It’s not always pretty, but it’s necessary.

This phase has been a lot of trial and error. Taking things into my own hands, figuring out what actually works for me.

I’ve been lucky to have someone in my corner I can run things by and take advice from when needed, that’s made a big difference 🙏🏼

There’s been mistakes along the way, no doubt. But that’s part of it. You don’t get it all right first time, you learn, adjust, and move forward.

One thing I’m happy with… this is the least I’ve ever needed to use, and I’ve felt good the whole way through.

Health markers have been spot on, Food hasn’t needed to be pushed to extremes and I’ve still been able to enjoy life alongside it.

I’m not too concerned if body fat creeps above what people call ‘optimal’. I’m not a competitive bodybuilder — and I don’t need to live like one.

I enjoy the lifestyle. I enjoy training. And for me, that matters more than being lean year round.

From here — small tidy up, get bloodwork done, and if everything’s in a good place… straight into the next push phase. 📈

A weekend of good food, good company, and actually switching off for once 🍽️🤝

Now it’s a proper reset — full deload until Thursday.
No training, no cardio. Just recovery, routine, and letting the body catch up 🧠💤

Sleep, food, steps, repeat. Let everything settle so I can come back fresh and actually push again next week 💪🏼

Easy to feel like you should be doing more, but knowing when to pull back is part of the process. That’s where progress is made 📈
