This is mat Pilates, so the majority of the exercises will be floor based. It is contemporary/ modern Pilates - which means we will not just stick rigidly to the original 34 exercises designed by Joseph Pilates, and we use small equipment such as Pilates balls, Pilates rings and resistance bands etc.

My sessions are suitable for you if you are totally new to Pilates, or if you have done Pilates before as I offer lots of options to make each exercise easier or harder depending on how you are feeling. There is no pressure to do anything that isn't right for you, and I encourage you to listen to your body and rest if you need to, so don't worry in the slightest about "not being able to do it". Please note these sessions are not suitable if you are pregnant.

The first session is ๐๐ฅ๐๐ so you get to see if it is for you, and then if you want to continue with the remaining 7 or 8 weeks of this block of classes, then the cost of ยฃ70 or ยฃ80 (depending on which week your first class is) is payable upfront to secure your space on the rest of the block.

If you can't make your "usual" evening, then you can swap to any of the other 2 evening's classes to make up that session (it doesn't have to be the same week).
