🏏💙 FINAL SATURDAY OF THE SEASON! 💙🏏

And just like that… we’ve reached the final league games of the season for our 1st and 2nd XI! Where has that summer gone?! 🥲🏏

Our 1st XI finish the season at home as they welcome Heyside CC, while our 2nd XI make the trip to Friends United CC.

⏰ Both games start at 12pm.

One last Saturday, one last push and one last chance to get behind the lads! 💪💙

Today is the day we gather together to say goodbye to Jason Gledhill.

A true club man, a friend to so many, and a familiar face who has been part of Denton St Lawrence for many years. Jason’s kindness, friendship and support meant so much to our club and to everyone who knew him. He will be greatly missed and very fondly remembered.

Jason’s funeral will be held today at:

The Cypress Chapel,
Stockport Crematorium, at 11.15am.

Following the service, Paula and Georgina warmly invite you to join them back to Denton St Lawrence Cricket Club for refreshments and to come together, share memories, stories and celebrate Jason’s life.

Family flowers only, please.

The improvement these girls continue to show has been fantastic, but even better was their togetherness, encouragement and team spirit throughout. Absolutely outstanding! 💙
