Andrew is an absolute asset to our club, and we’re so happy that he still comes, week in week out, to help us run our classes and to take part in his own training too.

As you can see, he’s been part of our club for a very long time indeed!

These two have been training with us for a very long time!! 🥰

Nate & Luca both joined us in our Little Ninjas class, aged 4.
They’re both 13 now, and extremely valued members of our senior kickboxing class.
They’re both extremely talented, very hard working young men, and it’s an absolute pleasure to see them grow and progress every week! 🥊

A huge thank you to one of our amazing TMAC parents for such a kind and thoughtful review 💙

Hearing stories like this truly means the world to us. Being trusted with your child’s journey - from those very first Little Ninjas classes right through to becoming confident, resilient teenagers - is something we never take for granted.

One of the things we don’t talk about enough is just how many of our students have been with us for nearly 10 years.
Watching them grow up in the club, not just as martial artists but as people, is incredibly special 💙

We’re so grateful to be part of that journey, and messages like this remind us exactly why we do what we do.

If you’re looking for something fun (and a bit different) for your kids to try, kickboxing is such a great option!

It’s not just about punches and kicks.
Kickboxing helps with confidence, focus, and getting all that energy out in a positive way.
Plus, they’re building strength and coordination without even realising it… they just think they’re having fun! 🙌🏻

It’s also amazing to see our students grow in confidence and make new friends along the way.

Definitely worth a try if your child needs something active and confidence-boosting! 💪

TMAC Kickboxing is a friendly, family-run club established in 2002, welcoming children aged 4+.

Our classes focus on:
⭐ Building confidence
⭐ Improving fitness
⭐ Learning practical self-defence

One of the things we’re most proud of at TMAC 🥊

Many of our young students start training with us as early as 4 or 5 years old, and over time grow not just in skill - but in confidence, discipline, and character.

As they progress, some of them step into the role of junior instructors, supporting our sessions and helping guide the next generation of students.

Through this, they develop invaluable life skills:
✨ Leadership
✨ Responsibility
✨ Communication
✨ Teamwork

Every junior instructor is always closely supervised by our coaching team, ensuring a safe, supportive environment for everyone.

Watching them grow from shy beginners into role models within the club is something really special, and a big part of what our community is all about.
