Girls WHY are we still using scale weight as value of happiness?
The amount of times iāve asked clients what their goals are, and itās to be a certain number on the scales.
And when I ask why they have this certain figure in their head, they canāt give an answer.
Itās usually, pre kids or when they had a diet of vodka red bulls when they were 21.
You are setting yourself up for a rollercoaster every time you weight yourself and also forgetting the most important thing, how you feel.
Life changes and so will your body and one thing that will always change too ALL the time, is the scales.
I promise you now being a certain weight means F**K ALL unless itās affecting your health.
I am over on the BMI scale, (that also needs binning) iām probably heavier than most girls my height but iām also at my fittest and strongest now than when I was a stone lighter, I couldnāt even run a 10K or lift a fork then, so why would I want to have that physique back because it was lighter?
Start focusing on things like feeling strong, or looking fit, feeling good in your clothes again or building definition.
Your weight doesnāt determine your progress, youāll never walk around with it written on your head, but how you look and feel will šøšš·
