Est 2002 Find us located on the 1st floor of Broadstone Mill in Reddish, Stockport.

We are a Family Full Time Martial arts Academy & Fitness centre with over 7000 sq ft of training space. The biggest matted space for all your Martial arts needs, Strength training room with heavy commercial free weights and resistance machines, commercial cardio equipment. We have a large seating and viewing room for parents and family member to either relax whilst classes are in progress. We do e

ncourage all of our members to take part and train whilst their children are so why not ask about our FREE for parents training in our strength training/ cardio room or even adults family classes with a intro session. We are open 5 days per week with over 30 classes running. Personal training & Karate Birthday parties also available. Attendance for training is paramount for optimum progression and key to staying on track with your kickboxing studies. Starting this month I will be rewarding our kids who stay on track and finish in the top spot for classes attended in our Tiny Tigers 4-7yrs, Kids 8-9yrs & Kids 10-12yrs sessions. We've had a change around at the club to make the flow better for all of our members and parents. Bigger dedicated parents area and coffee shop with direct access to the 'Hustle Hut' - a dedicated strength & cardio training gym which is FREE to use for all parents of members πŸ’ͺ🏻 This follows on to our boxing ring area which parents can also now use which is equipped with focus pads and equipment to aid their training. This space will also be used to offer 1-1 private lessons for extra personal training. We're not finished yet so stay tuned but I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has helped achieve with this transformation in less than 2 days πŸ™πŸ» Super excited to see our members return from tomorrow after this weekend to see the new layout in person πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ₯Š Jason

Here's a few 'cheeky' photos from our much needed get away in the sunshine 🌞 With recently moving homes to make sure my daughter got into the high school she wanted and then straight into the unexpected relocation of the club it's been a non stop stressful few months to say the least.
