Fat loss can become so much simpler when you stop fighting with yourself over every single food choice 💔

The guilt you experience. The “I’ve fecked it” feeling after one meal you didn’t plan for. I see this with 80% of women that I work with and I want to change the way you ALL think about it completely.

Every choice you make around food is giving you something. The question is just, what?

Sometimes the chocolate after a long day is giving you comfort and you genuinely need that. You’re aware and it’s intentional 🙏🏻

Sometimes a takeaway on a Friday is giving you connection with your family and a break from cooking after a killer of a week.

But sometimes the wine every night is giving you nothing except a worse sleep, higher cortisol and a reason to feel s**tty about yourself the next morning. And that’s worth noting aswell.

This is the reframe we WANT to influence.

Not necessarily is this good or bad. Not have I been naughty. Not I’ve ruined everything.

Ask, what is this giving me right now and what is it costing me later?

When you can answer that honestly and make the choice anyway, you’re onto something. It’s more of a real life approach.

No guilt required and no restriction. Just a way of women understanding their own bodies and making choices that actually work for them.

“I’ve tried every diet. I’ve downloaded the app, bought the meal plan, flown past every Monday reset. And it worked, for a bit. Until it didn’t.

Then I’d find myself back in the kitchen at 10pm and I didn’t even know why because I definitely wasn’t hungry.”

Relatable?

Now you’re not lazy, or weak. You just haven’t been given the right tools, because nobody in the diet industry wants to talk about the emotional side of eating. It doesn’t sell a programme very well right? Because you’re an “anomaly”, so who can help you?

But that late night snack moment isn’t about hunger. It’s about something that hurts and maybe you’re not ready to talk about that yet. AND that’s ok!

I used to be someone that just thought I just lacked discipline 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’d start the week proper motivated, meal prep done, gym planned and then by Wednesday I’d be knees deep in a share bag of Maltesers wondering whats gone wrong & even more so what is wrong with me?

It took me a while to realise it wasn’t necessarily a willpower problem. It was an environment problem.

The second I started setting my life up so the RIGHT choice was the DEFAULT choice, everything started to evolve.

Junk food out of the house = no late night s**t snacking
Outfit pulled out & gym bag packed the night before = no excuses in the morning
Water bottle with me ALWAYS = actually hitting my hydration goals
Phone charging across the room = I actually get up when my alarm goes off 😂
A clear plan in place for my week meaning nutrition & training is scheduled = no more “I’ll just figure it out later”

You don’t always need more motivation. You need a better setup and someone to help you build one 🙌🤍

You don’t need “perfect” meals to get results.
You need food that’s simple, satisfying and easily repeatable.

This is what a week of realistic eating can look like EVEN when you train, work and have a busy life:

No overcomplicated recipes.
No need for 40 ingredients.
No starting over every Monday.

Just a few non negotiables to keep things in check:
1. protein in every meal
2. colour on the plate (nutrients without overthinking it, I like lots of colour & a variety of textures)
3. quick prep or easy throw together options
4. meals you actually enjoy eating

Consistency doesn’t come from being perfect, it comes from making things easy enough to stick to. PREP is one of the best tools you can use without a doubt.

A moment of presence…

That can be all it takes to bring your nervous system back home to safety 🙏🏻

On this beach, the sound of the waves, the warmth of the sun on our skin, we slowed down… together 🤍

Through 10 steady rounds of Nadi Shodhana, we found balance. Through partner yoga, we found trust. Through shared moments, we found connection ✨

We laughed.
We cried.
We softened.
We unified.

There’s something so powerful about giving yourself permission to pause, to feel, to be held in a space where nothing is expected of you.

You don’t need hours, or the “perfect” setting. Just a moment, a breath where you can return to yourself.
