Fat loss can become so much simpler when you stop fighting with yourself over every single food choice 💔
The guilt you experience. The “I’ve fecked it” feeling after one meal you didn’t plan for. I see this with 80% of women that I work with and I want to change the way you ALL think about it completely.
Every choice you make around food is giving you something. The question is just, what?
Sometimes the chocolate after a long day is giving you comfort and you genuinely need that. You’re aware and it’s intentional 🙏🏻
Sometimes a takeaway on a Friday is giving you connection with your family and a break from cooking after a killer of a week.
But sometimes the wine every night is giving you nothing except a worse sleep, higher cortisol and a reason to feel s**tty about yourself the next morning. And that’s worth noting aswell.
This is the reframe we WANT to influence.
Not necessarily is this good or bad. Not have I been naughty. Not I’ve ruined everything.
Ask, what is this giving me right now and what is it costing me later?
When you can answer that honestly and make the choice anyway, you’re onto something. It’s more of a real life approach.
No guilt required and no restriction. Just a way of women understanding their own bodies and making choices that actually work for them.
