Meet my amazing client Kate 🩷

Full time job, mum to 2 amazing kids and a weekly routine of 4 strength sessions plus the classes she enjoys & her runs 🤌🏻🤌🏻

Kate makes sure that her nutrition is clean 90% of the time, (protein always the priority) so the other 10% is guilt free drinks with friends or dinner with her gorg family.

What makes Kate so inspiring isn’t just the consistency but it’s the mindset. She NEVER settles, always pushes to be a bit stronger, a bit better than last week, every week 👏🏻

Genuinely one of the most driven people I get to work with. Getting stronger every single week and loving the process 💪🥹

RISE Retreat 2027

📅 25th March - 1st April 2027
📍 Tenerife

RISE is a week away from the noise.

A chance to move your body, get outdoors, feel strong again, rest properly, laugh a lot, and spend time with people who are there for the same reason, to feel more like themselves again.

It’s not about being the fittest or the most flexible in the room.

It’s about showing up as you are and saying yes to a week that fills your cup back up 🙏🏻

Expect a mix ot:

🥾Hikes & adventure
🍃 Time in nature
😊 Good people & good energy

Kindred - Women’s Wellness Retreat🍁✨

📅 Friday 30th October – Monday 2nd November
📍 Location: Denbighshire

I’m so excited to be hosting my first Women’s Wellness Retreat this autumn 🍂

It’s a cosy weekend designed for women to slow down, reconnect, rest and nourish themselves. A chance to step away from everyday life and spend some time focusing on you.

The weekend will include:
🧘‍♀️ Yoga, movement & relaxation
🌬 Breathwork
📖 Journalling and reflection sessions
✨ Release ceremony
🌿 Autumn walks in nature
💧 Optional cold water dip (weather dependent)
🤍 Women’s circles and connection
🍵 Herbal teas, coffees, juices and nourishing homemade meals throughout the weekend

There will also be plenty of space to simply rest, chat, read, relax and enjoy the surroundings.

No previous yoga or wellness experience is needed, just come as you are 🤍

Another non stop week 👀🫪 but we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Also so nice to finally meet my online client Victoria B Hamilton after so long!

𝒮𝒸𝒶𝓇 🦋 completed her FIRST ever 10k race & she absolutely smashed it out of the park 🥹❤️‍🔥. Watching you evolve and grow into this amazing beautiful & confident person is honestly the most rewarding parts of my job. So thank you 🙏🏻

Kate 🤍 now onto this crazy kitty 🤣👀 if anyone raced today in Stockport & got a mouthful/face full of dust, this will have come from my little whippersnapper Kate flying past 💨. An unreal time from you 🙏🏻🤌🏻 always pushing yourself to be better week after week.

Sometimes my routine feels stressful. It differs from week to week & sometimes I feel like I might explode or that I can’t hack it. But then weeks like this, as chaotic and crazy as it has been, they remind me that this is exactly what I’m meant to be doing 🥹

A week of being a social butterfly 🦋✨

I took a lot more rest than usual this week. No pressure attached to it. Just decided to listen to my body & I feel renewed. Sometimes less is more 🙏🏻🩷
