It is so hard to get back into the swing of things after the holidays but now is the time to remember your goals and remember why you started in the first place!

Depth>weight!
we always want to add weight and lift as heavy as we can, it’s not always beneficial!
If you struggle to keep your form tight and hit the same depth as a lower weight maybe adding more weight isn’t the best option.
You can still make your workout more intense! Do more reps, add in a hold at the bottom, slow your movement down… it doesn’t always have to be upping the kg’s!
Keep it controlled and keep it tight!

The come smiling in the rain or in the sun and put in 110%!
Love every session with this lot❤️

Imagine 12 weeks from now, not a long time right? But imagine you’ve lost 12lbs! Just 1 pound a week which is very realistic.
That is 12 pound lighter than you are now!
