Crosstrain - Elite Fitness and Training . We offer 3 classes at different levels. Level 3 is an advanced class and is held on a Sunday at 10.15 and Wednesday at 7.15pm. Please Note.

Level 1 is a beginners class - no particular level of fitness required (obviously no health issues that would stop you from exercising). These classes are 30 minutes, include a variation of different core/body weight and cardiovascular exercises (ie planks, sit ups, push ups etc) and are held on a Sunday morning at 9.45am, and a Wednesday evening at 6.45pm. Level 2 is slightly more advanced and is

before the level1 classes, but for 45 minutes (9am Sunday and 6pm Wednesday) and includes a weighted circuit. They are small classes (max 15 per class) and require pre-booking. Level 1 & 2 classes are female only.

Loving this skin analogy from Million Dollar Facial. A simplified version on skin cell renewal - and why we remove the corn flakes!

In order to reveal younger, healthy looking skin, we must remove older dehydrated/ dead skin cells (cornflakes) by way of exfoliation. We will then see the true effects of skincare serums and products as we nourish and feed the raisins!

Cornflakes = dead skin cells that need to be removed/ exfoliated.

Raisins = dry/ dehydrated possibly damaged skin cells that need moisturised and nourished

Grapes = full, bouncy, youthful looking cells that require all of the above to take place in order to maintain stature.
