🔥 THE HOME GYM IS FINALLY COMPLETE! 🔥

What started as an idea has turned into something I’m genuinely proud of.

The centrepiece is the Quantum Free Trainer (thanks to Glen at Quantum Trainers ) - an incredible piece of equipment that allows me to train virtually every muscle and movement from one station, alongside adjustable dumbbells, cardio equipment, battle ropes and everything else I need.

I wanted to create more than just a room with gym equipment. I wanted it to feel like a proper private training studio - somewhere I would genuinely look forward to training and could continue developing my own strength and physique for years to come.

I think it has turned out absolutely class! 👌

The intention was primarily to create this for my own training, although I may potentially open one or two very limited private coaching spaces or occasionally train a few friends here in the future.

For now, I’m just enjoying finally having it completed!

What a day for Team TBB! 💪❤️

One of the highlights of Denny Sports Day had to be our Tug of War challenge!

We had the chance to take on the team from Muscle Hut Falkirk - including Scotland’s Strongest Man! Safe to say we recruited a few extra teammates… and somehow managed to get the job done! 😂

A massive thank you to the Muscle Hut crew for being such great sports. It was all in good fun, and it was brilliant to see different parts of the local fitness community coming together.

This is exactly what Total Body Bootcamp is all about.

Creating opportunities for people of all ages and fitness levels to get active, challenge themselves, meet new people and have fun as part of an incredible community.

A huge well done to every single TBB member who got involved today. We’re proud of every one of you! ❤️

Total Body Bootcamp does Tough Mudder!!! 💪💪

💪 TOUGH MUDDER 2026 - DONE! 💪

Yesterday a team of TBB members took on the 15K Tough Mudder.

Mud, hills, freezing water, monkey bars, walls, electric shocks, carries, crawls and plenty of moments where we all questioned our life choices! 😂

However, every obstacle was easier because someone was there to help. Every tough moment was made better by encouragement, laughs and teamwork. Nobody was left behind.

That’s exactly what is all about.

Some of the team had never done anything like this before. Some doubted whether they could finish. Every single one of them crossed that finish line. ❤️

💯 100 Members Strong!

This is a milestone I’ve been working towards for a long time, and this week Total Body Bootcamp officially reached 100 active members across our 6 Week Challenge and Elite Membership programmes.

When I started TBB, the goal was never just to build a fitness business.

The goal was to build a community where busy adults could become leaner, stronger, fitter, healthier and more confident — without fitness taking over their lives.

Today, that community is 100 people strong.
